Surabaya. Advisors: (I) Dra. Bekti Wirawati, M.Pd. (II) Dr. Ribut Surjowati, M. Pd. The research is to know the improvement of students skill in writing descriptive text after using the complete sentence learning of 10th grade students at SMK Kawung 2 Surabaya in academic year 2018/2019. The research design of this study is classroom action research, which focuses on the efforts to improve the real condition of the english teaching and learning process. The data were taken from the 10th grade of OTP (Otomatisasi Perkantoran) 3 students at SMK Kawung 2 Surabaya in the academic year of 2018-2019. The students consisted of 21 students. There were 21 female students. In this research, the use of complete sentence learning can be said succe in improving students‘ writing ability if the target achievement is 75% of 21 students get the score ≥75 (KKM). Data collected through observation and tests. The research shows that the students improved after being taught by using complete sentence learning. It can be seen who pass the evaluation in the first cycle 47,61 % and second cycle 76,19 %. The results of observation showed that the students were active. They were being immersed and followed the lesson. Therefore, by using complete sentence learning helped teacher to improve students skill in writing descriptive text.
