Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar logam berat Timbal (Pb) dan Merkuri (Hg) pada Kerang Pisau (Solen spp) di Kabupaten Sampang. Sampel yang digunakan untuk dianalisa berjumlah 10 sampel, berasal dari pedagang yang berbeda di pasar Tanjung dan pasar Pangarengan. Sampel dianalisa menggunakan SSA (Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom). Hasil sampel Kerang Pisau positif mengandung Timbal (Pb) adalah sampel dengan nomor P 04420: 1,05 mg/kg; P 04422: 0,50 mg/kg; P 04423: 0,15 mg/kg; P 04429: 0,47 mg/kg. Sampel positif mengandung Merkuri (Hg) adalah sampel dengan nomor P 04420: 0,40 mg/kg; P 04421: 0,33 mg/kg; P 04424: 0,076 mg/kg; P 04426: 0,053 mg/kg. Kadar logam berat Timbal paling tinggi sebesar 1,05 mg/kg, sedangkan kadar logam berat Merkuri paling tinggi 0,076 mg/kg, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa cemaran logam berat Timbal dan Merkuri tidak melebihi ambang batas menurut SNI No. 7387 tahun 2009, Batas maksimum cemaran Timbal (Pb) untuk pangan jenis kerang-kerangan (bivalvia), moluska dan teripang adalah 1,5 mg/kg. batas maksimum cemaran Merkuri (Hg) untuk pangan jenis kerang-kerangan (bivalvia), moluska dan teripang adalah 1,0 mg/kg Kata kunci: Kerang Pisau, Timbal, Merkuri, Uji SSA ABSTRAK This study aims to analyze the levels of heavy metals Lead (Pb) and Mercury (Hg) in Knife Shells (Solen spp) in Sampang Regency. The samples used for analysis were 10 samples, coming from different traders in Tanjung market and Pangarengan market. The samples were analyzed using SSA (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer). The results of positive Blade Shellfish samples containing Lead (Pb) are samples with number P 04420: 1.05 mg / kg, P 04422: 0.50 mg / kg, P 04423: 0.15 mg / kg, P 04429: 0.47 mg / kg. Positive samples containing Mercury (Hg) are samples with number P 04420: 0.40 mg / kg; P 04421: 0.33 mg / kg, P 04424: 0.076 mg / kg, P 04426: 0.053 mg / kg.
