Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the accountability, transparency and public participation in financial management of the Mojoranu rural fund. Data collection techniques were carried out using libraries and field research techniques (observation, interviews, documentation). The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive techniques through data reduction, data presentation (data display) and conclusions (verification). The results showed that the responsibility for financial management of the funds of the village of Mojoranu was adequate. Transparency in the management of rural funds in the village of Mojoranu was not fully transparent, while community participation in development planning, such as meetings, is good. Community participation in the implementation of development is good. The Community's participation in supervision is still lacking. While participation in the assessment stage is quite good.
