Abstract
UJI DAYA ANTHELMENTIK EKSTRAK DAUN SRIKAYA (Annona squamos L.) TERHADAP CACING Ascaridia galli SECARA IN VITRO Fitalis Bhadi ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya anthelmintik Ekstrak Daun Srikaya (Annona squamosa L.) terhadap cacing Ascaridia galli secara in vitro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental. Tempat dan waktu penelitian di Laboratorium Parasitologi Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, yang berlangsung bulan November 2018. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan rata-rata kematian cacing setiap perlakuan, yaitu P0 (0,400 ± 0,547ª), P1 (1,200 ± 0,836ᵇ), P2 (1,400 ± 0,547ᵇ), P3 (2,800 ± 0,200ᶜ), P4(3,00±0,000ᶜ). Analisis data menggunakan UJIANOVA dan Lethal Concentration (LC50), lower (-20,553) upper (49,879%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang sangat nyata, setelah pemberian berbagai konsentrasi Ekstrak Daun Srikaya (Annona squamosa L.) terhadap cacing Ascaridia galli secara in vitro. Pemberian Ekstrak Daun Srikaya (Annona squamosa L.) dengan konsentrasi 75 mg/100ml paling efektif mempengaruhi kematian cacing Ascaridia galli secara in vitro. ON Ascaridia galli WORMS IN VITRO Fitalis Bhadi ABSRACT This study aimed to determine has anthelmintik effect Srikaya leaf extract (Annona squamos L.)on Ascaridia galli worms in vitro. This type of research is experimental research. The place and time of research at the Laboratory of Parasitology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, which took place in November 2018. The research design used was RAL (Complete Random Design) with the average worm death for each treatment, namely P0 (0,400 ± 0,547ª), P1 (1,200 ± 0,836ᵇ), P2 (1,400 ± 0,547ᵇ), P3(2,800 ± 0,200ᶜ), P4(3,00±0,000ᶜ). Data analysis using ANOVA and Lethal Concentration (LC50) Tests, lower(-20,553) upper (49,879%).The results showed that there were very significant differences after the administration of various concentrations of Srikaya leaf extract (Annona squamos L.) in vitro. The administration of Srikaya leaf extract (Annona squamos L.)with a concentration of 75 mg / 100ml is the most effective influence on the death of Ascaridia galli worms in vitro.
