Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran histopatologi nekrosis, degenerasi dan infiltrasi sel radang pada lambung yang diinduksi aspirin® dan ekstrak daun widuri (Calotropis gigantean) pada tikus tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus). Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah tikus putih sebanyak 25 ekor yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 5 kelompok perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Kelompok perlakuan tersebut adalah P0 = kelompok kontrol negatif, P1 = kelompok kontrol positif dengan pemberian aspirin® 500 mg/kg BB, P2 = Kelompok pemberian aspirin® dosis 500 mg/kg BB dan ekstrak daun widuri dosis 50 mg/kg BB, P3 = Kelompok pemberian aspirin® dosis 500 mg/kg BB dan ekstrak daun widuri dosis 100 mg/kg BB, P4 = Kelompok pemberian aspirin® dosis 500 mg/kg BB dan ekstrak daun widuri dosis 150 mg/kg BB. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Kruskal-Wallis dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Mann-Whitney Test. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji statistik Kruskal-Wallis dan uji Mann-Whitney Test nilai (p<0.05) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun widuri dengan dosis 100 mg/kg BB dan 150 mg/kg BB dapat mengurangi nekrosis, degenerasi dan radang pada organ lambung. Kata Kunci : Gambaran Histopatologi, Ekstrak Daun Widuri, Aspirin®, Tikus Putih ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine the overview of gastric histopathology that contained necrosis, degeneration and inflamed-cell infiltration in gastric muccose that inducted by aspirin® and widuri leaves (Calotropis gigantean) ekstract in rat (Rattus norvegicus). The experimental animals that used in this research were 25 rats that selected by simple random sampling technic. The design that used in this research was complete random design that devided into 5 groups of treatment and 5 repetition in each groups. The treatment group were P0 = negative control group, P1 = positive control group that gave aspirin® 500 mg/kg body weight, P2 = was the group that given aspirin® 500 mg/kg body weight and widuri leaves extract 50 mg/kg body weight, P3 = was the group that given aspirin® 500 mg/kg body weight and widuri leaves extract 100 mg/kg body weight, P4 = was the group that given aspirin® 500 mg/kg body weight and widuri leaves extract 150 mg/kg body weight. Data that collected analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis statistic test and continued by Mann-Whitney Test. Based on the result of Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney Test, (p<0.05). That means there was the real different between groups of treatments. The conclusion of this research was the dosis 100 mg/kg body weight dan 150 mg/kg body weight dose of widuri leaves extract could decrease the gastric necrosis, degeneration and inflammation.
