Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan jumlah total leukosit dan eritrosit pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) yang di induksi gentamisin dan diberi tepung jambu biji dan vitamin C sintetik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimental laboratorium dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), penelitian ini menggunakan hewan coba sebanyak 24 ekor tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus). Sampel yang digunakan yaitu darah tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) yang telah diberi perlakuan selama 14 hari. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara Analysis Of Variance (Anova). Dari hasil penelitian jumlah eritrosit pada kelompok P0 P<0,05 berbeda nyata dengan kelompok P1 dan P2, sedangkan untuk kelompok P1 tidak berbeda nyata dengan kelompok P2 yang diberi terapi vitamin C tetapi berbeda nyata dengan kelompok P3 yang diberi tepung jambu biji. Total leukosit pada kelompok P0 adalah 0,04 dengan perolehan nilai tersebut maka kelompok kontrol tidak berbeda nyata dengan kelompok P1, sedangkan pada kelompok P1 terjadi penurunan yang signifikan total leukosit pada kelompok P1 yang di induksi gentamicin 0,02 perolehan nilai tersebut maka kelompok P1 berbeda nyata dengan kelompok P2 dan P3, sedangkan kelompok P2 yang diberi vitamin C tidak berbeda nyata dengan kelompok P3 yang diberi tepung jambu biji. Kata Kunci: Tepung Jambu Biji, Vitamin C Sintetik, Eritrosit, Leukosit, Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus) dan Gentamicin. ABSTRACT This aimed of study to determined the total number of leukocytes and erythrocytes in white rats (Rattus norvergicus) induced by gentamicin and given synthetic guava and vitamin C flour. The study was laboratory experimental research used a completely randomized design (CRD), this study used as many as 24 white mouse (Rattus norvegicus). The sample used the blood of the white mouse (Rattus norvegicus) which has been treated for 14 days. The results of the study were analyzed in Analysis of Variance (Anova). From the value of erythrocyte studies in the PO group the value was significant p <0.05, which meant that the data were significantly different from groups p1 and p2. While for group p1 it was not significantly different from group p2 which was given vitamin c therapy but was significantly different from group p3 which was given guava flour. Total leukocytes in the PO group was 0.04 with the acquisition of the value, the control group was not significantly different from group p1, whereas in group p1 there was a significant decrease in total leukocytes in p1 which was induced by gentamicin 0.02 the acquisition of the p1 group was significantly different with groups p2 and p3, while the group p2 which was given vitamin c was not significantly different from the group p3 which was given guava flour.
