Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas shampo lumpur lapindo Sidoarjo sebagai terapi skabies pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus). Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah 24 ekor tikus putih jantan usia 2,5-3 bulan dengan berat 150-200 gram. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Keempat perlakuan tersebut adalah K-1 (Kelompok normal (kontrol negatif) tidak diberi perlakuan ); K-2 (Kelompok kontrol positif diberi shampo anti scabies); K-3 (Diberi shampo lumpur lapindo 5%); dan K-4 (Diberi shampo lumpur lapindo 10%). Perlakuan dilakukan selama 24 hari. Analisis kesembuhan menggunakan dua parameter, yaitu secara makroskopis dan mikroskopik. Data skoring kesembuhan luka skabies pada tikus putih dilakukan dengan uji statistik menggunakan chi kuadrat. Keramas ke 1 (semua individu memiliki skoring 5). Keramas ke 2 : K1 4(1), 5(5); K2 4(3), 5(3); K3 4(1), 5(5); K4 4(2), 5(4). Keramas ke 3 : K1 4(4), 5(2); K2 3(1), 4(5); K3 4(2), 5(4); K4 3(1), 4(3), 5(2). Keramas ke 4 : K1 3(1), 4(4), 5(1); K2 3(4), 4(2); K3 3(2), 4(4); K4 3(3), 4(3). Keramas ke 5 : K1 3(3), 4(3); K2 2(4), 3(2); K3 2(2), 3(3), 4(1); K4 2(2), 3(4). Keramas ke 6 : K1 2(1), 3(5); K2 1(3), 2(2), 3(1); K3 2(2), 3(4); K4 2(3), 3(3). Uji statistik Chi kuadrat pada keramas ke 1 menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan nyata (p>0,05) antara perlakuan K2 dengan K3 dan K4. Uji statistik Chi kuadrat pada keramas ke 2, 3, 4, 5, dan 6 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nyata (p<0,05) antara perlakuan K2 dengan K3 dan K4. Kata kunci: Lumpur Lapindo, Shampo, Skabies, Sulfur. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Sidoarjo Lapindo mud shampoo as a treatment for scabies in white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The experimental animals used in this research were 24 male white rats aged 2.5-3 months with a weight of 150-200 grams. The design used in this research was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The four treatments were K-1 (normal group (negative control) were not treated); K-2 (Positive control group given anti-scabies shampoo); K-3 (given 5% Lapindo mud shampoo); and K-4 (given 10% Lapindo mud shampoo). Treatments were carried out for 24 days. Healing analysis uses two parameters, macroscopic and microscopic. Scoring data of scabies wound healing in white rats was carried out by statistical tests using chi squared. First shampooing (all individuals have a score of 5). Second shampooing: K1 4 (1), 5 (5); K2 4 (3), 5 (3); K3 4 (1), 5 (5); K4 4 (2), 5 (4). Third shampooing: K1 4 (4), 5 (2); K2 3 (1), 4 (5); K3 4 (2), 5 (4); K4 3 (1), 4 (3), 5 (2). Fourth shampooing : K1 3 (1), 4 (4), 5 (1); K2 3 (4), 4 (2); K3 3 (2), 4 (4); K4 3 (3), 4 (3). Fifth shampooing: K1 3 (3), 4 (3); K2 2 (4), 3 (2); K3 2 (2), 3 (3), 4 (1); K4 2 (2), 3 (4). Sixth shampooing : K1 2 (1), 3 (5); K2 1 (3), 2 (2), 3 (1); K3 2 (2), 3 (4); K4 2 (3), 3 (3). Chi square statistic test on the first shampooing shows no significant difference (p> 0.05) between K2 and K3 and K4 treatments. Chi square test on the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 shampooing shows a significant difference (p <0.05) between K2 and K3 and K4 treatments.   Keywords: Lapindo Mud, Shampoo, Scabies, Sulfur.
