Abstract

this research was conducted to analyze factors of variable of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, return on on equity, and earning per share affecting stock prices in company of lq-45. data were obtain by using non probability sampling method with criteria 1) companies included in lq-45 year 2013-2016. the result showed that the existing data were normally distributed, there was no multicollinearity, no autocorrelation and heteroscedicty. there is a significant influence on the variable of debt to equity ratio, returnn on equity, and earning per share on stock priices in company of lq-45. there is no significant influence on the variable of current ratio and return on asset on stock prices in company of lq-45
