Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari: komitmen afektif (affective commitment), komitmen kontinuans (continuance commitment) dan komitmen normatif (normative commitment) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Cabang Ahmad Yani Surabaya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari: komitmen afektif (affective commitment), komitmen kontinuans (continuance commitment) dan komitmen normatif (normative commitment). Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Cabang Ahmad Yani Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 59 karyawan. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Hasilnya adalah semua variabel valid dan reliabel, hasil uji F menunjukan Fhitung > Ftabel dengan signifikansi 0,000. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang pertama menyatakan “komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari: komitmen afektif (affective commitment), komitmen kontinuans (continuance commitment) dan komitmen normatif (normative commitment) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Cabang Ahmad Yani Surabaya” dapat didukung kebenarannya. Hasil uji t menunjukkan masing-masing variabel dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang kedua yang menyatakan “komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari: komitmen afektif (affective commitment), komitmen kontinuans (continuance commitment) dan komitmen normatif (normative commitment) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Cabang Ahmad Yani Surabaya” dapat didukung kebenarannya. Diantara variabel komitmen organisasi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. The sample used is 59 employees. Prior to hypothesis testing conducted reliability and validity test. Thus the second hypothesis which states "organizational commitment consisting of: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment partially have a significant effect on employee work satisfaction of PT.
