Abstract

Technological advances have dramatically changed the company's management system. Companies must make a good measurement system of traditional methods. Better measurements are used the Balance Scorecard. Balance Scorecard has four methods as a tool of measurement, financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth.The object of this research is PT. Multiartha Gifts. This study uses questionnaires and literature studies as the main data. The result of research by using balanced scorecard concept shows that the financial performance of PT. Multiartha Gifts are better than the previous year. Multiartha Karunia customer satisfaction performance, showing good satisfaction value for product and service attributes, corporate image, and relationships. While for internal business process performance show the good result on innovation process, operation, and after-sales service. Employee satisfaction performance also shows good results for employee capabilities, information system capabilities, and motivation, empowerment and alignment. Overall Multiartha performance can be considered good. Good management is the reason Multiartha Karunia is able to improve its performance to fit the company's vision and mission.
