Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Expenditure, Balancing Funds and Components of PAD to Financial Performance with Effectiveness Ratio of Local Government in 38 Regencies and or Cities in East Java Province during 2012-2016 Timeframe. Sampling technique in this research is done by purposive sampling with the existence of certain criterion or consideration. This research took sample from realization report of APBD amounted to 190 samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Technique of collecting sample of data taken from report of realization of APBD issued by government. Testing in this hypothesis use multiple linear regression test with t test and F test. The result of research indicate that area tax, regional retribution, result of separated area wealth management, balancing fund influence to local government finance performance with ratio of effectiveness mean capital expenditure have no effect on local government financial performance with Effectiveness Ratio
