Abstract
The purpose of this research is for proving about of career motivation and the effect of quality to the interest of student to join with Professional Accounting Program. From this research has resulted in conclusion that career motivation and the effect of quality motivation have significant influence of student to join with Professional Accounting Program.This study used 100 students majoring in accounting UWKS S1 which still active. Sampling method in this research use random sampling method. The research data obtained byusing a questionnaire and then analyzed with multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The results are the first hypothesis is accepted because there is a positive influence of independent variables of student interest in acounting to follow PPAk education. The second hypotesis was accepted because there is a significant influance of the career motivation of student interest to follow PPAk education. The third hypotesis has a significant influence from quality motivation of student interest to follow PPAk education.
