Abstract

ABSTRAK Profil perbankan menjadi salah satu lembaga keuangan yang memiliki peranan sangat strategis dalam konsolidasi keamanan perekonomian suatu negara. Dalam fungsi intermediasi kontemporer, bank mulai berlomba-lomba menawarkan produk-jasa berbasis knowledge, consumen education dan tingkat kepercayaan (trust) tinggi, sehingga diharapkan menjadi stategi competitive advantage yang terdeferensiasi. Competitive advantage adalah bagian dari work outcome, yang membutuhkan dukungan yang signifikan dari penguatan tradisi intelektual knowledge sharing, juga membutuhkan dukungan keyakinan kuat dalam bentuk trust anggota dan gaya kepemimpinan yang bisa merangkul, ber-visi dan terpercaya serta memliki unjuk keteladanan kinerja yang unggul (outstanding performance). Pada penelitian ini mengembangkan hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1). Untuk mengetahui apakah knowledge sharing memediasi hubungan antara trust dan competitive advantage. 2). Untuk mengetahui apakah knowledge sharing memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan competitive advantage. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini digunakan sampel 30 Kantor Cabang (KC) dan Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Bank X yang menyediakan kredit agribisnis. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur, dengan model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung yang pertama menunjukan bahwa knowledge sharing tidak menjadi mediasi melaikan intervening antara variabel trust dan variabel competitive advantage karena knowledge sharing melemahkan hubungan antara variabel trust dan variabel competitive advantage. Pengaruh tidak langsung yang kedua bahwa knowledge sharing menjadi mediasi antara variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel competitive advantage karena knowledge sharing memperkuat hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel competitive advantage. Kata kunci : knowledge sharing, trust, competitive advantage, model persamaan regresi linier berganda, pengaruh tidak langsung ============================================================ ABSTRACT Banking profiles become one of the financial institutions which has a very strategic role in consolidating the security of economic countries. In the contemporary intermediation function, banks are starting to offer knowledge-based products, consumer education and trust levels, so it is expected to become a deferred competitive advantage strategy. Competitive advantage is part of the work outcome, which requires significant support from strengthening the intellectual tradition of knowledge sharing, also requires the support of strong beliefs in the form of member trusts and leadership styles that can embrace, having vision, reliable and, having superior performance (outstanding performance). This study develop the results of previous research. The aim of this study: 1) To know whether knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between trust and competitive advantage, 2) To know whether knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between leadership and competitive advantage. To support this research, a sample of 30 Branch Offices (KC) and Help Branch Offices (KCP) of Bank X which provide agribusiness credit. To analyze this research is using path analysis and this research model is using a multiple linear regression equation. The results of this study show that the first indirect influence shows that knowledge sharing does not mediate the intervening between trust and competitive advantage because knowledge sharing weakens the relationship between trust and competitive advantage variables. The second indirect influence is knowledge sharing mediates between leadership variables and competitive advantage variables because knowledge sharing strengthens the relationship between leadership variables and competitive advantage variables.
