Abstract
ABSTRACT A study entitled Criminal Accountability for Beating Actions against Referees under Indonesian Law (Study of Decision Number 297 / Pid.B / 2014 / PN.Bdw). Aims to determine the suitability of the Panel of Judges' considerations in giving punishment to the defendant with the legal facts revealed in the trial. The method used in this thesis is the case study method which is the application of the article of abuse in the case of criminal act of maltreatment with the material discussed based on decision number 297 / Pid.B / 2014 / PN.Bdw. Which should be examined and prosecuted under extrajudicial circumstances in which a dispute is settled by a courrt having special jurisdictoin such as arbitration by BANI. The judges are not authorized to try cases of maltreatment committed by defendant Ridwan Bin Sa'awi for clashing with PSSI Authority to resolve the problems between his internal parties including players and referees. Referred to the principle of lex speciallis derogat lex generalli, Nothing in the judge's judgment concerning the enactment of two different rules in the same case so that it can be used as a reference to free the defendant from the demands of the article of persecution.
