Abstract

ABSTRAK Mirna Christanti. 2017 pengaruh lingkungan rumah dengan kejadian TB Paru pada pasien TB Paru yang berobatdi Rumah sakit Umum Sidoarjo Tugas Akhir. Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter .Fakultas Kedokteran. Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Pembimbing :dr. Tahan P Hutapea.,DTCE.,MARS Lingkungan merupakan hal yang tidak terpisahkan dari aktivitas kehidupan manusia. Lingkungan, baik secara fisik maupun biologis, sangat berperan dalam proses terjadinya gangguan kesehatan masyarakat, termasuk gangguan kesehatan berupa penyakit tuberkulosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan rumah dengan kejadian TB Paru pada pasien TB Paru yang berobat di Rumah sakit Umum Sidoarjo. Populasi yang diambil pasien TB Paru (Baik BTA positif dan BTA negatif) yang berobat di Rumah sakit Umum Sidoarjo berjumlah 262 rumah tahun 2017 dengan besar sampel sebanyak 73 rumah. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji statistic “Chi-Square” dengan tingkat kepercayaan (α : 95%) atau tingkat ketepatan (α: 0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pencahayaan rumah, ventilasi rumah dan kepadatan hunian rumah dengan kejadian penyakit tuberkulosis paru pada pasien TB paru yang berobat di Rumah sakit Umum Sidoarjo. The environment, both physically and biologically, is instrumental in the process of the occurrence of public health disorders, including health problems such as tuberculosis. This study aims to determine the effect of home environment with the incidence of Pulmonary TB in Pulmonary TB patients who seek treatment at Sidoarjo General Hospital. The population of Lung Tuberculosis patients (both positive and smear negative BTA) treated at Sidoarjo General Hospital amounted to 262 houses in 2017 with a sample size of 73 houses. Analysis of research data using statistical test "Chi-Square" with the level of trust (α: 95%) or the level of accuracy (α: 0.05). The result of the research shows the relationship between house lighting, room ventilation and room occupancy density with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis disease in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Sidoarjo General Hospital.
