Abstract

STUDI GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI ORGAN HATI SAPI DI RUMAH POTONG HEWAN KEDURUS DAN RUMAH POTONG HEWAN PEGIRIAN, SURABAYA RR Nurul Ramadhanti ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis gambaran histopatologi (degenerasi, oedema, infiltrasi sel radang, nekrosis dan fibrosis) pada organ hati sapi di Rumah Potong Hewan Kedurus dan Rumah Potong Hewan Pegirian, Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observatif. Sebanyak 15 sampel organ hati berasal dari RPH Pegirian dan 15 sampel organ hati berasal dari RPH Kedurus di ambil, masing masing akan di proses secara histopatologis dan diwarnai menggunakan pewarnaan Haematoxyllin Eosin. Perubahan struktur jaringan hati kemudian di amati menggunakan metode scoring Goodman (2007) yang telah di modifikasi dengan rentang skor 0-3. 0=hepatosit radier, non-spesific lesion (normal), 1=degenerasi dan oedema (kerusakan ringan), 2=nekrosis, infiltrasi sel radang dan fibrosis periportal (kerusakan sedang), 3=nekrosis, infiltrasi sel radang fibrosis periportal-midzonalcentrilobular (kerusakan berat). Data skor perubahan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari total 30 sampel yang diambil, diperoleh 8 sampel (26.67%) normal, 6 sampel (20%) mengalami kerusakan ringan, 7 sampel (23.33%) termasuk kedalam kategori kerusakan sedang dan sebanyak 9 sampel (30%) mengalami kerusakan berat. Jadi, ditemukannya perubahan jaringan hati sapi yang berupa degenerasi, oedema, infiltrasi sel radang, nekrosis dan fibrosis pada sapi yang di periksa di RPH Kedurus dan RPH Pegirian Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Sapi, Histopatologi, Hati, Rumah Potong Hewan, Surabaya v HISTOPATHOLOGICAL STUDY OF CATTLE LIVER IN KEDURUS AND PEGIRIAN SLAUGHTER HOUSE, SURABAYA RR Nurul Ramadhanti ABSTRACT The aim of this study to investigate histopatological (degeneration, oedema, necrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrosis in Cattle liver at Kedurus slaughter house and Pegirian slaughter House. This research is an observative research. A total of 15 samples of liver organ from Pegirian Slaughter house and 15 samples of liver organ from Kedurus Slaughter house were taken, each will be processed histopathologically and colored using Haematoxyllin Eosin staining. Changes in liver tissue structure were then observed using the scoring method of Goodman (2007) that had been modified with a score range of 0-3. 0 = hepatocyte radier, non-specific lesion (normal), 1 = degeneration and oedema (minor damage), 2 = necrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration and periportal fibrosis (moderate damage), 3 = necrosis, infiltration of periportal-midzonal- centrilobular (severe damage). The scores data were analyzed descriptively. Results from 30 samples collected, showed that 8 samples (26.67%) were normal, 6 samples (20%) suffered minor damage, 7 samples (23.33%) were included in moderate damage category and 9 (30%) were severely damaged. Thus, the discovery of cow liver tissue changes in the form of degeneration, oedema, infiltration of inflammatory cells, necrosis and fibrosis of cows examined in RPH Kedurus and RPH Pegirian Surabaya.
