Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah Café di Kota Surabaya menyebabkan pengguna mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan Café yang sesuai dengan preferensi lokasi, fasilitas, suasana, dan kebutuhan aktivitas. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah informasi Café yang tersedia umumnya masih tersebar dan belum mampu memberikan pencarian berdasarkan preferensi pengguna secara terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Pencarian Café Berbasis Geographic Information System (GIS) yang mampu membantu pengguna dalam menemukan Café yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensinya. Sistem diimplementasikan menggunakan peta berbasis OpenStreetMap (OSM) dengan pendekatan Keyword-Based Intent Mapping untuk menerjemahkan input teks pengguna menjadi preferensi pencarian terstruktur serta Rule-Based Recommendation Approach untuk melakukan filtering data Café, pencocokan preferensi pengguna berbasis kata kunci, serta pengurutan hasil pencarian berdasarkan relevansi pencarian dan lokasi Café. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mencari Café yang relevan dan mudah digunakan, serta mampu mendukung pengelolaan data Café yang terstruktur melalui peran pengguna, owner Café, dan admin sistem.
