Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2024. Profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA), likuiditas diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR), leverage diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan pertumbuhan perusahaan diukur dengan Asset Growth. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 15 perusahaan perbankan dengan total 60 data observasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, sedangkan pertumbuhan perusahaan (growth) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, keempat variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2024.
