Abstract

ABSTRAK Ummiah, Rafiqa Zulfi.2018.Hubungan Antara Tingkat Kecemasan Siswa XII IPA SMA Negeri 1 Gresik Tahun 2018 dengan Kejadian Acne Vulgaris.Tugas Akhir,Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter, Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Pembimbing: Agung BudiSetiawan, dr., SP.KJ.Acne vulgaris adalah gangguan folikular umum yang mengenai folikel pilosebasea yang rentan (jerawat) merupakan kelainan folikel umum yang mengenai pilosebasea (folikel rambut) yang rentan dan paling sering ditemukan di daerah muka, leher, serta bagian atas. Acne ditandai dengan komedo tertutup (white head), komedo terbuka (black head), papula, pustul, nodus, dan kista. Jerawat dapat dipengaruhi berbagai macam faktor, dianataranya adalah faktor kecemasan. Dalam hasil penelitian jurnal Comparison of Anxiety and Depression in Patient with Acne Vulgaris and Health Individuals oleh Indian Journal of Dermatology dengan pemberian kuesioner kepada pasien Acne vulgaris dan didapatkan hasil bahwa prevalensi dengan tingkat kecemasan tinggi dialami oleh 68,3 % pasien dengan Acne vulgaris. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kecemasan dapat mempengaruhi kejadian Acne Vulgaris pada siswa kelas XII IPA SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observsional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple ramdom sampling. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa dengan sampel sejumlah 24 siswa yang di ambil secara acak sebagai responden. Variabel terdiri atas kecemasan dan Acne Vulgaris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan dengan kejadian Acne Vulgaris, hal ini terbukti dengan nilai p-value pada saat uji Rank Spearman sebesar 0,001 (< 0,05). Dari hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa Dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,635 masuk pada kategori sedang atau cukup erat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan cukup erat antara antara kecemasan dengan kejadian acne vulgaris. Acne vulgaris is a common follicular disorder that affects the susceptible follicular follicles (acne) is a common follicular disorder affecting the most vulnerable and most commonly found pilosebacea (hair follicles) in the face, neck and upper part. Acne is characterized by white head, blackheads, papules, pustules, nodes, and cysts. Acne can be affected by various factors, including the anxiety factor. The results of the Journal of Dermatology, the journal Comparison of Anxiety and Depression in Patient with Acne Vulgaris and Health Individuals Study by questionnaire to Acne vulgaris patients, it was found that high prevalence with anxiety level was experienced by 68.3% of patients with Acne vulgaris. The purpose of this study was to determine whether anxiety can affect the incidence of Acne Vulgaris in grade XII students IPA SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. This study was observational analytic with sampling using simple ramdom sampling technique. The study population was 30 students with a sample of 24 students who were taken randomly as respondents. Variables consist of anxiety and Acne Vulgaris. The results showed that there was an association between anxiety with the occurrence of Acne Vulgaris, this is evidenced by the value of pvalue at the time of Rank Spearman test of 0.001 (<0.05). From the research results can be concluded that With the value of correlation coefficient of 0.635 entered in the category of moderate or quite tightly.
