Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang dianalisis dalam studi ini terdiri dari perusahaan subsektor Basic Materials yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan diperoleh sampel sejumlah 114 sampel dari 38 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
