Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja,bibit dan pupuk terhadap produksi pakcoy hidroponik, faktor faktor yang mepengaruhi produksi pakcoy hidroponik. Data yang digunakan adalah data tahunan 2019 – 2024 yang diperoleh dari jurnal sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regrensi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi pakcoy dengan luas lahan,tenaga kerja,bibit dan pupuk. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Kebun Sayur Surabaya. Dan penelitian ini dialkukan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi langsung dengan pihak terkait.
