Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian anestesi kombinasi Atropine- Xylazine- Ketamin dan Atropine - Xylazine - Zolazepam Tiletamin terhadap tekanan darah dan frekuensi jantung hamster Campbell (Phodopus campbelli). Sebanyak 18 ekor hamster campbell jantan dibagi dalam tiga kelompok perlakuan, yaitu pemberian (P0) Xylazine, (P1) Atropine - Xylazine - Ketamin, dan (P2) Atropine - Xylazine - Zolazepam tiletamin . Pengamatan dilakukan pada tiga fase , yakni fase pre-anestesi (sebelum anestesi), fase anestesi (stadium 3 tahap 3), dan fase post-anestesi (Setelah sadar), pengamatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pasien monitor. Data yang didapat disajikan dalam bentuk rataan standar deviasi dengan analisis statistik ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat bahwa kedua kombinasi anestesi berbeda nyata (P< 0,05). Kedua kombinasi sama-sama memberikan efek anestesi yang stabil dan dapat digunakan secara efektif, namun pemilihan kombinasi perlu mempertimbangkan kondisi klinis hewan
