Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendiskripsikan cara perolehan alat bukti elektronik melalui digital forensic dengan digitalnya adalah CCTV ( Closed Circuit Television) yang dijadikan sebagai alat bukti dalam proses pembuktian dipersidangan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana dengan studi kasus putusan pengadilan tinggi nomor 634/Pid.B/2023/PN Smn.
