Abstract
THE EFFECTIVITY OF WILD HONEY AGAINST THE MICE (Mus muscullus) REN HISTOPATHOLOGY OVERVIEW WITH BORAX INDUCED Aprilia Kartika Tibo Abstract This research aimed to analize the effectivity of honey that given orally to prevend mice (Mus muscullus) renal cell damage. The type of this research was ecperimental model. The sample that used in this research was 28 male mices. This 28 male mices was randomly devided into 4 groups and each group consist of 7 mices. Mice were first adapted for 7 days and treated for 14 days. The organ samples used were processed to become histopatological preparations with Hematocilin eosin (HE) stainning and observation using a microscope with 400x magnification. The results of the study showed that there was hydropic degeneration in the kidney organs. Based on processed using the kruskal wallis test in the program SPSS For Windows 20 show the real difference (P.0,05) in histopatological features of the renal kidneys mice (Mus muscullus) at each treatment however, based on calculations showed results in kidney organs obtained P (Asymp.sig) of necrosis = 1.000, P of degeration = 0.145 and P inflammation = 1.000. The all of this P >0.05 that means there was no different between data distribution and normal distribution standard data. The coclusion of this research is, the 100% and 50% honey from Flores therapy in mice did not improve the protection effect in mice renal cells against tsshe borax induction.
