Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah generasi muda dalam proses politik, perilaku politik generasi Z dalam proses pemilihan Bupati menjadi semakin relevan. Generasi Z yang lahir dari tahun 1997 sampai tahun 2012 ini, dikenal sebagai generasi yang sangat dekat dengan teknologi dan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku generasi Z, seperti pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap perilaku pemilih, sikap terhadap isu-isu sosial, serta bagaimana pendidikan dan pengalaman sangat mempengaruhi keputusan untuk menentukan keputusan dalam memilih. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi survei dan wawancara dengan generasi Z di Desa Tanjungrejo Nganjuk. Dengan menggunakan teori dari ramlan Surbakti. Yang berfokus pada perilaku pemilih generasi Z dan faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih generasi Z di Desa Tanjungrejo Nganjuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku pemilih generasi Z dalam pemilihan Bupati tahun 2024 di Desa Tanjungrejo Nganjuk, secara keseluruhan juga sudah baik. Dalam pengambilan keputusan juga sudah mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yang dapat berpengaruh dalam menggunakan hak suaranya, seperti faktor internal antara lain dari pendidikan atau pengalaman serta keinginan untuk perubahan dan faktor eksternal meliputi pengaruh media sosial, pengaruh lingkungan dan kampanye digital. Faktor tersebut juga sudah mencerminkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih dalam partisipasi politik. In making decisions, we have also considered various factors that can influence the exercise of voting rights, such as internal factors including education or experience as well as the desire for change and external factors including the influence of social media, environmental influences and digital campaigns.
