Abstract

Sapi menjadi hewan ternak yang cukup banyak dipelihara oleh masyarakat di wilayah Desa Bangunrejo Lor. Hal tersebut disebabkan wilayah Bangunrejo Lor yang memiliki kondisi iklim dan lingkungan yang mendukung untuk pengembangbiakan sapi. Namun dalam pengembangbiakan sapi tidak bisa lepas dari kendala gangguan reproduksi setelah melahirkan yakni salah satunya prolaps uteri. Penanganan kasus prolaps uteri dilakukan dengan membersihkan plasenta yang masih menempel pada kotiledon, penyuntikan obat antibiotik dan ATP (Adenosina Trifosfat) untuk menguatkan stamina dan otot, kemudian memasukkan kembali uterus ke dalam rongga abdomen, dan langkah terakhir adalah penjahitan vulva.
