Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of service digitization, transaction security, and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Jatim SIER. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active customers using the bank's digital services. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests. The results show that service digitization and transaction security have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, while trust does not have a significant effect. It is recommended that Bank Jatim improve the quality of digital services, transaction security systems, and communication to strengthen customer trust.
