Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kanker kolorektal merupakan salah satu jenis kanker dengan tingkat kematian yang tinggi di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara berbagai faktor risiko (riwayat merokok, riwayat obesitas, riwayat konsumsi alkohol, riwayat kanker pada keluarga, dan penyakit komorbid) dengan survival pasien kanker kolorektal di RSUD Nganjuk. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Data diambil dari rekam medis 42 pasien kanker kolorektal yang dirawat di RSUD Nganjuk. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pasien yang memiliki riwayat merokok, obesitas, konsumsi alkohol, atau riwayat kanker pada keluarga. Namun, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara penyakit komorbid dengan survival pasien kanker kolorektal (p-value = 0,048). Simpulan: Pentingnya penanganan penyakit komorbid untuk meningkatkan survival pasien kanker kolorektal.
