Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, biaya lingkungan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan corporate social responsibility, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang telah diaudit pada bursa efek indonesia selama periode penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif , pengujian inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahan-perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia selama tahun 2021-2023 yang berjumlah 95 perushaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 perusahaan dengan masa pengamataan 3 tahun jadi total sampel yang diteliti 84 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, biaya lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan , kinerja lingkungan tidak mampu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel intervening, biaya lingkungan tidak mampu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel intervening dan ukuran perusahaan tidak mampu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keungan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel intervening.
