Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel dompet digital, financial self-efficacy, locus of control, dan lifestyle terhadap financial management behavior pada karyawan di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan rumus Cochran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel financial self-efficacy, locus of control, dan lifestyle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior pada karyawan di kota Surabaya, sedangkan variabel dompet digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior pada karyawan di kota Surabaya. Kata kunci: Dompet Digital, Financial Self-Efficacy, Locus Of Control, Lifestyle, Financial Management Behavior.
