Abstract

Fertilization contributes greatly to increasing production and the quality of the products produced. Biofertilizer is an alternative to utilizing certain microorganisms in large quantities to provide nutrients and help plant growth. This study aims to determine the response of organic lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) growth and production to the administration of liquid biofertilizer doses. This study was conducted in Tanjung Village, Tanjung District, Lamongan Regency, from March to May 2024. This study used a Completely Randomized Design method consisting of one factor with seven levels, each level repeated 4 times. The treatment is the dose of liquid biofertilizer consisting of no liquid biofertilizer, 100 l/ha, 200 l/ha, 300 l/ha, 400 l/ha, 500 l/ha, and 600 l/ha. The results of the study showed that the treatments tried had the same effect on lettuce growth. However, the administration of liquid biofertilizer at a dose of 200 l/ha tended to provide higher fresh weight results (16.46 tons/h) than the others. Keyword : Response, Dosage, Liquid Biofertilizer, Lettuce
