Abstract

PENGARUH OBSTRUKSI URETER AKUT TERHADAP KADAR URIC ACID DAN URINE CHLORIDE PADA TIKUS SPRAGUE DAWLEY Septian Surya Saputra ABSTRAK Obstruksi ureter akut merupakan kondisi yang dapat mengganggu fungsi ginjal dan ekskresi zat-zat metabolik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh obstruksi ureter akut terhadap kadar uric acid dan urine chloride pada tikus Sprague Dawley. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen pada dua kelompok tikus, yaitu K1 dan K2 yang diberi obstruksi ureter akut. Pengukuran kadar uric acid dilakukan menggunakan metode kolorimetri, sedangkan kadar urine chloride diukur dengan metode Fantus. Hasil dari uric acid dan urine chloride dihitung dengan uji T-test dengan signifikansi 0.05 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan kadar uric acid pada kelompok tikus yang mengalami obstruksi ureter akut dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (P<0.05). Serta kadar urine chloride pada kelompok perlakuan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (P<0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah obstruksi ureter akut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kadar uric acid dan kadar urine chloride pada tikus Sprague Dawley. THE EFFECT OF ACUTE URETERAL OBSTRUCTION ON URIC ACID AND URINE CHLORIDE LEVELS IN SPRAGUE DAWLEY RATS Septian Surya Saputra ABSTRACT Acute ureteral obstruction is a condition that can disrupt kidney function and the excretion of metabolic substances. This study aimed to investigate the effect of acute ureteral obstruction on uric acid levels and urine chloride in Sprague Dawley rats. The research was conducted using an experimental method on two groups of rats, K1 and K2, which were subjected to acute ureteral obstruction. Uric acid levels were measured using the colorimetric method, while urine chloride levels were measured using the Fantus method. The results of uric acid and urine chloride were calculated using the T-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed a significant increase in uric acid levels in the group of rats that experienced acute ureteral obstruction compared to the control group (P <0.05). Additionally, the urine chloride levels in the treatment group showed a significant increase compared to the control group (P <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that acute ureteral obstruction significantly affects the increase in uric acid levels and urine chloride levels in Sprague Dawley rats.
