This research uses Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning the Consumer Protection, and Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetbook) as a reference to overcome the problem of musicians as subjects of liability. Therefore, the conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the subject of liability is not only the organizing committee or event promoter, but the musicians as business actors can also be the subject of liability due to their negligence in contracting or fulfilling their obligations. In this problem, musicians certainly have more moral responsibility because the audience comes to buy tickets to watch the musician's performance. Keyword : Liability, Policy, Consumer Protection.
