Abstract
The pupose of this research is to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surabaya, both partially and simultaneously. In this study, researchers also meansured the level of financial literacy and financial inclusion in MAMIN MSMEs in Surabaya. The research sample is the owner of MAMIN MSMEs in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses purposive sampling using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs. And partially the financial literacy and financial inclusion variables show a percentage of 79.4% and the remaining 20.6% is explained by other variables. The level of financial literacy and financial inclusion of MSMEs in Surabaya is still relatively low because it is <60%, namely only 35% and 29%.
