Abstract

ABSTRACT Car rental cooperation agreements are one of the business ventures to help achieve prosperity and welfare of the people. Where this car rental business is really needed by the community in general, and companies in particular, so that in its implementation it often causes problems, where the renter defaults on the contents of the rental cooperation agreement that has been agreed between both parties, namely the lessee and the lessor. The main problem in this research is how to implement the car rental agreement between the car owner and the renter of the travel company and how to resolve defaults in implementing the car rental agreement between the renter and the renter in cooperation. The research method used was legislation. The legislative approach is used to examine the validity of legislation which is linked to interpretations that link one article to another in the relevant legislation or can be called a normatife method.
