Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen perubahan terhadap kinerja organisasi, manajemen perubahan terhadap penerimaan perubahan, manajemen perubahan terhadap budaya organisasi, penerimaan perubahan terhadap kinerja organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, manajemen perubahan terhadap kinerja organisasi dimediasi oleh penerimaan perubahan dan manajemen perubahan terhadap kinerja organisasi dimediasi oleh budaya organisasi pada PT Pulau Nusantara Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap dan kontrak di PT Pulau Nusantara Indonesia yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh (sensus sampling). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Sem-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, manajemen perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan perubahan, manajemen perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, penerimaan perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Disamping itu, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Selanjutnya manajemen perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dimediasi oleh penerimaan perubahan. Terakhir, manajemen perubahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dimediasi oleh budaya organisasi. This research aims to determine the effect of change management on organizational performance, change management on acceptance of change, change management on organizational culture, acceptance of change on organizational performance, organizational culture on organizational performance, change management on organizational performance mediated by acceptance of change and change management on performance organization mediated by organizational culture at PT Pulau Nusantara Indonesia. The population in this study were all permanent and contract employees at PT Pulau Nusantara Indonesia, with total 35 employees. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling method (census sampling). The number of samples used in this research was 35 people. The data analysis method used is Sem-PLS. The results of this research show that change management has a significant effect on organizational performance, change management has a significant effect on acceptance of change, change management has a significant effect on organizational culture, acceptance of change has a significant effect on organizational performance. Besides that, organizational culture does not have a significant effect on organizational performance. Furthermore, change management has a significant effect on organizational performance mediated by acceptance of change. Lastly, change management does not have significant effect on organizational performance, mediated by organizational culture.
