Abstract

PPOK adalah penyakit paru-paru yang menyerang manusia yang dapat diobati dan dicegah yang didefinisikan oleh aliran udara progresif dengan respon inflamasi kronis di saluran udara dan paru-paru. Menurut (GOLD) Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis (PPOK) sekarang menjadi penyebab kematian keempat di dunia The modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) banyak digunakan untuk menilai tingkat keparahan sesak napas pasien PPOK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat Hubungan Hasil Faal Paru dengan Derajad Kemampuan Paru saat Beraktivitas sesuai Skala (mMRC) pada Penderita PPOK Studi ini merupakan studi literatur, dengan penelitian sebelumnya berfungsi sebagai referensi untuk menarik kesimpulan dari temuan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini membahas 26 jurnal yang berkaitan dengan Faal Paru dengan Derajad Kemampuan Paru saat Beraktivitas sesuai Skala (mMRC) pada Penderita PPOK. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pada beberapa jurnal yang dikutip dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran hasil tes fungsi paru pada pasien PPOK berbeda- beda, terdapat beberapa sampel yang menunjukan fungsi paru normal. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian tersebut, diketahui bahwa sebagian kecil sampel masuk grade 5 pada penelitian Sedangkan sebagian besar pasien PPOK rata-rata terklasifikasi sedang dan berat. Berdasarkan hasil beberapa penelitian menunjukan bahwa mMRC merupakan instrumen dengan sensitifitas yang memuaskan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui fungsi paru atau faal paru pada pasien PPOK. Kata Kunci: PPOK, Faal Paru, mMRC Abstract COPD is a treatable and preventable human lung disease defined by progressive airflow with a chronic inflammatory response in the airways and lungs. According to (GOLD) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is now the fourth leading cause of death in the world. The modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) is widely used to assess the severity of shortness of breath in COPD patients. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between pulmonary function and the degree of pulmonary activity according to the scale (mMRC) in patients with COPD. This study is a literature study, with previous research serving as a reference to draw conclusions from the findings of this study. This study discusses 26 journals related to Lung Physiology with the Degree of Lung Ability at Activity according to the Scale (mMRC) in COPD Patients. The results showed that in several journals cited in this study it was shown that the description of the results of lung function tests in COPD patients was different, there were several samples that showed normal lung function. Based on some of the results of these studies, it is known that a small portion of the sample entered grade 5 in the study, while the majority of COPD patients were classified as moderate and severe on average. Based on the results of several studies showing that mMRC is an instrument with satisfactory vi sensitivity that can be used to determine lung function or lung function in COPD patients.
