Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini meneliti “Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Primkopal Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Kota Surabaya”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Primkopal Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Kota Surabaya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel atau penelitian yang ingin membuat generilisasi dengan kesalahan yang sangat kecil. Istilah lain sampel jenuh adalah sensus, dimana anggota populasi di jadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 11 lembar kuisioner. Uji Hipotesis dengan melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan persamaan sebagai berikut : Y = 2.353 + 0.356 X1 + 0.428 X2 + e Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa variabel pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Primkopal Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Kota Surabaya. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian insentif nilai standardized coefficients beta terkecil daripada variabel bebabs lainnya berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Primkopal Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Kota Surabaya, sebaiknya kinerja pegawai di Dinas Primkopal Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Kota Surabaya memberikan insentif secara adil kepada karyawan. Kata kunci: pemberian insentif, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan ABSTRACTION This study examines "The Influence of Incentives and Job Motivation on Employee Performance in Primkopal Rumkital Department. Ramelan Surabaya ". The purpose of this study is to determine whether incentives and motivation of work simultaneously and partially significant effect on employee performance in Primkopal Rumkital Department. Ramelan Surabaya. The independent variable in this research is giving incentive and work motivation. While the dependent variable is employee performance. In this research the sampling technique used is saturated sampling, saturation is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample or research who want to make generilisasi with a very small error. Another term saturated sample is the census, where the population members are sampled. The sample used is 11 pieces of questionnaire. Hypothesis Testing by performing multiple linear regression analysis, with the following equation: Y = 2.353 + 0.356 X1 + 0.428 X2 + e Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of incentive and work motivation simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance in Primkopal Rumkital Department. Ramelan Surabaya. Implication of the above conclusions The results showed that giving the incentive value of the smallest standardized coefficients beta than other bebabs variables effect on employee performance in Primkopal Rumkital Department. Ramelan Surabaya, should performance employees in Primkopal Rumkital Department. Ramelan Surabaya gives a fair incentive to employees. Keywords: incentives, work motivation, and employee performance
