Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage, keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada tahun 2016 secara simultan dan parsial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini pada periode tahun 2016 sebanyak 52 sampel pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016. Secara simultan variabel leverage, keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel leverage berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, variabel keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Leverage, Keputusan Investasi, Kebijakan Deviden, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, investment decisions, dividend policy, firm size and profitability to corporate value in 2016 simultaneously and partially. Samples in this research in the period of 2016 as many as 52 samples at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016. Simultaneously variable leverage, investment decisions, dividend policy, firm size and profitability have a positive and significant impact on the value of the company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016. The results of this study indicate that partially leverage variables have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, investment decision variable has a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy has a negative effect and not significant to the value company, firm size has negative effect not significant to firm value and profitability have positive and significant influence to company value.
