Pembimbing Pendamping : Andra Agnez Al Aska This study aims to explore the relationship between education level and treatment phase with compliance with taking medication for pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in the working area of the Talang Siring Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, and is the second highest cause of death from other infectious diseases. This research was conducted in the working area of the Talang Siring Community Health Center in Pamekasan Regency, East Java. This research uses an analytical observational method with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 41 Lung Tuberculosis respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation sheets, assessment questionnaires and medical records. The collected data was then processed using the SPSS v.26 computer program to analyze the relationship between the independent variables education level and treatment phase and the dependent variable medication adherence. using total sampling technique. The test used to analyze the relationship between variables is the Spearman Correlation test. The findings of this research, the analytical test of the relationship between education level and medication adherence shows a P value = 0.000, a correlation coefficient value of 0.672, meaning a sufficient correlation in the treatment phase and a P value = 0.000, a correlation coefficient value of 0.366, meaning a very strong correlation at the level of education, which means H1 is accepted. , H0 is rejected because p value <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the level of education and the treatment phase and compliance with taking medication for pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in the working area of the Talang Siring Community Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. So education is needed about taking medication to prevent complications in pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers.
