Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan kuman Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Proses sistemik Mycobacterium tuberculosis dalam tubuh manusia, melalui sirkulasi darah dan sistem limfatik. Indonesia menjadi urutan ketiga dengan jumlah kasus terbesar dunia, disusul dengan negara India lalu China. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh faktor komorbid terhadap kesembuhan tepat waktu pada penderita TBC paru pada bulan Januari – Desember 2022 di Puskesmas Bangilan Kabupaten Tuban Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif dan teknik cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan data sampel dengan total sampling. Hasil responden penelitian ini adalah pasien TBC paru dengan komorbid yang telah menyelesaikan pengobatanya yang tercatat dalam rekam medis pada bulan Januari-Desember 2022 yang berjumlah 92. Kesimpulan analisa data dengan menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan bahwa p value = 0,001 sehingga diperoleh p value = 0,000 <α 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh faktor komorbid terhadap kesembuhan tepat waktu pada penderita TBC paru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor komorbid terhadap kesembuhan tepat waktu pada penderita TBC paru pada bulan Januari - Desember 2022 di Puskesmas Bangilan Kabupaten Tuban Provinsi Jawa Timur. Kata Kunci: Komorbid, Sembuh tepat waktu.
