Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Komitmen Afektif (X1), Komitmen Normatif (X2) dan Komitmen Kontinuan (X3) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) bagian produksi pada PT.Mulya Petra Panelindo Surabaya. Populasi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi jumlah sampel 50 responden . Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dimana sampel dipilih berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu. Karakteristik sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan tetap bagian produksi dengan lama kerja minimal 3 tahun. Dari hasil penelitian uji validitas semua variabel dinyatakan valid, karena signifikansinya <0,05 dan pada uji reliabilitas semua variabel dinyatakan reliabel karena cronbach alpha >0,6. Dari hasil uji f dalam regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa variabel Komitmen Afektif (X1), Komitmen Normatif (X2) dan Komitmen Kontinuan (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan dari uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Komitmen Afektif (X1), Komitmen Normatif (X2) dan Komitmen Kontinuan (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Kata kunci : Komitmen Afektif, Komitmen Normatif, Komitmen Kontinuan dan Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to determine whether the Affective Commitment (X1), Normative Commitment (X2) and Continuous Commitment (X3) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) part production at PT.Mulya Petra Panelindo Surabaya. Population referred to in this study is the employee production of the sample number of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where the sample is selected based on certain characteristics. Characteristics of the sample used are permanent employees of production with a working period of at least 3 years. From the results of research validity test of all variables declared valid, because of significance <0.05 and the reliability test of all variables declared reliable because cronbach alpha> 0.6. From the result of f test in multiple linear regression, it is known that Affective Commitment (X1), Normative Commitment (X2) and Continuous Commitment (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. And from t test, it is found that Affective Commitment (X1), Normative Commitment (X2) and Continuous Commitment (X3) are partially significant to Employee Performance (Y).
