Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi biaya total persediaan bahan baku kedelai, (2) mengkalkulasi persediaan bahan baku sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan analisis EOQ, dan (3) menganalisis waktu pemesanan kembali bahan baku agar tidak kehabisan stok kedelai digudang penyimpanan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskptif sehingga pimpinan Industri Tahu Bohar dijadikan sebagai sumber untuk memperoleh informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan EOQ, TIC, dan ROP. Hasil penelitian didapatkan persediaan optimal bahan baku kedelai menggunakan metode EOQ sebesar 170 karung per pemesanan dengan frekuensi pembelian sebanyak 17 kali, total inventory cost (TIC) adalah sebesar Rp 5.100.000,- dan ROP dilakukan pada saat bahan baku digudang sebesar 16 karung. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil perbandingan TIC yang lebih efisien menggunakan metode EOQ sehingga mampu menghemat biaya dan mampu menambah keuntungan. Saran yang dianjurkan bagi manajemen Industri Tahu Bohar adalah untuk menggunakan metode EOQ dalam proses pengendalian bahan baku kedelai pada industri. ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) identify the total cost of soybean raw material inventory, (2) calculate raw material inventory before and after using EOQ analysis, and (3) analyze the time of ordering raw materials so as not to run out of soybean stock in storage. This type of research is a deskptive research so that the leadership of Bohar Tofu Industry serve as a source to obtain information in accordance with the needs of researchers. Data were analyzed using EOQ, TIC, and ROP methods. The result of the research shows that the optimal inventory of soybean raw material using EOQ method is 170 sacks per order with purchase frequency 17 times, total inventory cost (TIC) is Rp 5,100,000, and ROP is done when raw material is 16 warehouse. This is evident from the results of a more efficient TIC comparison using the EOQ method so as to save costs and be able to increase profits. The recommended suggestion for Bohar Tofu industry management is to use EOQ method in the process of soybean industry .
