Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja atau performance merupakan gambaran mengenai tingkat pencapaian pelaksanaan suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan dalam mewujudkan sasaran, tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi yang dituangkan melalui perencanaan strategis suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Trans Inti Manunggal Surabaya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini yaitu terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling. Teknik analisis untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan random atau acak. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Inti Manunggal Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Performance is a picture of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Trans Inti Manunggal Surabaya. The independent variable in this study is leadership style and organizational commitment while the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. Determination of the sample using the probability sampling method. The analysis technique for testing the hypothesis uses random or random. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The analysis technique for testing the hypothesis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Trans Inti Manunggal Surabaya.
