Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze how the influence of financial performance that is focused on Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to Return of Share in state-owned companies go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The population that became the object of this study were state-owned companies going public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The number of samples used in this study were 18 BUMN companies going public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this research is taken with certain criterion that is company which has IPO date during research period year 2012-2016 and already published its financial report. The method of analysis used in this study with multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test is the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that simultaneously NPM, ROA, EPS, and PER have a significant effect on the Return of Shares by 20.8%. For partial research result NPM have negative influence is not significant, ROA have positive influence is not significant, EPS have negative influence is not significant, while PER have significant positive effect.
