Abstract

ABSTRACTION The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously and partially to the performance of employees of PT. Indonesia Logistic Radiance. The independent variables in this study are the work environment and individual characteristics. While the dependent variable is the performance of employees of PT. Indonesia Logistic Radiance. In this research the sampling technique used is saturated sampling, saturation is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample or research who want to make generilisasi with a very small error. Another term saturated sample is the census, where the population members are sampled. Based on that opinion, the research sample is all staff of PT. Indonesia Logistics Growth amounts to 37 employees. Prior to hypothesis testing conducted reliability and validity test. The result is all valid and reliable variables, F test results show F count> Ftable with significance 0.000. Thus the work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesia Logistics Radiance ". The result of t test shows thitung> ttable with significance less than 0,05 so that work environment variable and individual characteristic partially have significant effect to employee performance of PT. Pancaran Logistik Indonesia and the dominant influence of employee performance of PT.
