Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on profitability. The dependent variable in this study is Profitability and the independent variables in this study are Intellectual Capital and Leverage. The sample in this study were Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021. The number of companies sampled in this study were 10 companies with an observation period of 3 years so that the total in this study amounted to 30. Hypothesis testing with this study used techniques multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 17. Based on the results (R2) it is known that the magnitude of R2 is 0.671. This shows that the amount of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 67.1%, while the remaining 32.9% is influenced or explained by other variables excluded in this research model.
