Abstract

ABSTRAK Soelistijanto, Reza Austin. 2022. Gambaran Manajemen Keselamatan dan kesehatan Kerja dan Kinerja Pada Petugas Kesehatatan di Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) Rumah sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Haryoto Lumajang. Pembimbing: Dr. drg. Wike Herawaty, M.Kes Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) adalah upaya untuk menjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja dengan mencegah kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja (PAK), mengelola kecelakaan kerja, dan mempromosikan, merawat dan memulihkan kesehatan pekerja. Kinerja didefinisikan sebagai keseluruhan upaya seseorang selama periode waktu tertentu dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan tujuan atau standar yang telah ditetapkan dan disepakati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan kinerja petugas kesehatan di UGD RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan cross sectional study. Subjek ini pada petugas kesehatan di UGD RSUD Dr. Haryoto sejumlah 45 orang. Waktu pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 sampai Mei 2022. Pengambilan besar sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi frekuensi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja petugas kesehatan di UGD RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang dalam keaadan baik(75,6%). Distribusi frekuensi kinerja petugas kesehatan di UGD RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang dalam keadaan baik (93,3%). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan kinerja pada petugas kesehatan di unit gawat darurat Rumah Sakit Umum daerah Dr. Haryoto Lumajang dalam kategori baik. Wike Herawaty, M.Kes Occupational safety and health (OSH) is an effort to ensure the safety and health of workers by preventing accidents and occupational diseases (OD), managing work accidents, and evaluating, treating and reporting on the health of workers. Performance is defined as the overall effort of a person during a certain period of time in its implementation in accordance with or standards that have been set and agreed upon. The purpose of this study was to describe the management of occupational safety and health and health workers in the emergency department of RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang. This study used a descriptive research design with a cross sectional study. This subject on health workers in the ER RSUD Dr. Haryoto number 45 people. The time of data collection was carried out from April 2022 to May 2022. The sampling size used in this study was total sampling. The results showed that the distribution of health and safety showed that the health workers in the ER RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang is doing well (75,6%) Distribution of the performance of health workers in the ER RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang is in good condition (93,3%). So it can be said that the management of safety and performance of health workers in the emergency unit of the Dr. General Hospital. Haryoto Lumajang in the good category.
