Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian rebusan daun sirih (Piper betle L.) terhadap suhu dan angka kebuntingan (S/C) di kecamatan Tiris kabupaten Probolinggo. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 28 ekor peranakan sapi limousin. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 7 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan yang digunakan adalah P0 (kontrol), P1 (15 lembar), P2 (20 lembar), dan P3 (25 lembar). Parameter yang digunakan yaitu suhu dan angka kebuntingan (S/C). Penelitian ini menghasilkan rerata suhu P0 38.7oC, P1 38.714oC, P2 39.043oC, dan P3 39.014oC. Rerata angka kebuntingan (S/C) berturut-turut yaitu P0 3.5, P1 2.3, P2 1, dan P3 1. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu rebusan daun sirih berpengaruh terhadap suhu dan angka kebuntingan (S/C) pada sapi peranakan limousin di kecamatan Tiris kabupaten Probolinggo. Kata Kunci : Angka Kebuntingan, Daun Sirih, Limousin, Suhu, Tiris Abstract The purpose of this research was knowing the effectivity of stew beetle leaf (Piper beetle L.) treatment in intrauterine to temperature and pregnancy rate (S/C) in limousin strait cattle in Tiris district of Probolinggo Regency. The sample that was used in this research was 28 limousin strait cattle. This research used a complete randomized design with 4 treatments and 7 repetitions. The repetitions were P0 (control), P1 (15 sheets), P2 (20 sheets), and P3 (25 sheets). The parameter that was used as the temperature pregnancy rate (S/C). This research has obtained the average of temperature P0 38.7oC, P1 38.714oC, P2 39.043oC, and P3 39.014oC. The average pregnancy rate (S/C) was P0 3.5, P1 2.3, P2 1, and P3 1.
