Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh word of mouth, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa (Studi kasus pada pelanggan Bengkel Lia Motor Surabaya). Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah word of mouth, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi. Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah keputusan pembelian jasa (Studi kasus pada pelanggan Bengkel Lia Motor Surabaya). Dalam penelitian ini, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 82 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Hasil uji t menunjukkan masing-masing variabel dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian word of mouth, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa (Studi kasus pada pelanggan Bengkel Lia Motor Surabaya). Kata Kunci : Word Of Mouth, Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi Dan Keputusan Pembelian The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of word of mouth, service quality and location on service purchasing decisions (a case study on Bengkel Lia Motor Surabaya customers). The independent variables in this study were word of mouth, service quality and location. While the dependent variable is the decision to purchase services (a case study on Bengkel Lia Motor Surabaya customers). In this study, the determination of the sample was carried out by purposive sampling method. The sample used was 82 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Prior to testing the hypothesis, reliability and validity were tested. The results of the t test show each variable with a significance less than 0.05. Thus, word of mouth, service quality and location have a significant effect on service purchasing decisions (a case study on a customer of Bengkel Lia Motor Surabaya).
